Storage: Required only for uploading reports or downloading prescriptions.

We do NOT sell your data. We only share required info with secure partners like Firebase (hosting) and Agora (video calls).

6. Account Deletion & Data Retention

We retain your records as long as your treatment is active or as required by health regulations.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion:

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can do so by:

Sending an email request to dr.chaturanana@gmail.com with your registered mobile number.
Contacting our support team via the WhatsApp link provided in the App.

Upon request, your account will be deactivated, and your personal data will be removed from our active databases within 30 days, subject to any legal or regulatory medical record retention requirements.
